Processing Time All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time We deliver in 5–8 days to your door — including weekends. No business days only, no exceptions.
Shipping Rate Standard shipping is $5.45 per order. Orders over $35 ship free.
Tracking Every order ships with full tracking. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package the entire way.
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States.
Delays While we do everything to meet our delivery window, occasional carrier delays can happen during peak seasons. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us and we'll make it right.
Lost or Missing Orders If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days at support@ankae.store and we will investigate and resolve it for you.
